Age Requirement
- Minimum age: 23 years old
- 28 years old for 7-seaters and SUVs
- Maximum age: 75 years old
Driver’s License
A valid driving license held for at least one (1) year is required.
Where required, an International Driving Permit (IDP) must be presented together with the national driving license, according to Greek regulations (for non-EU/EEA countries).
Insurance Coverage
Third-party liability and theft insurance (No Excess)
Exclusions: damages caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, loss or damage of vehicle keys, damages to tires, wheels, windows, interior or underside, and personal belongings left inside the vehicle
Traffic Fines
All traffic tickets, fines, and administrative penalties resulting from violations during the rental period are entirely the renter’s responsibility.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers are permitted free of charge.
Ferrying the Vehicle
Transportation of the vehicle by ferry is not permitted without prior written authorization.
Fuel Policy
Same-to-same fuel policy applies.
Deliveries & Collections
Free delivery and collection are provided at Naxos Port, Naxos Airport, or accommodations within 10 km from Naxos Main Port.
Deposit
A deposit is required to complete the online reservation.
A valid credit card is mandatory at vehicle collection (see full Terms & Conditions).
Taxes
All prices include 24% VAT and all applicable local taxes.
Right to Terminate / Dangerous Driving
Naxos Auto Rent reserves the right to terminate the rental and request immediate return of the vehicle if the renter drives dangerously or violates the rental terms (see full Terms & Conditions).
