My experience with this company has been excellent. They were waiting for us on time both upon arrival at the port and upon our departure at the airport. Two days later the central locking failed and they changed our car immediately. Always communicated via WhatsApp for anything...Very friendly and professional. Do not hesitate to contract with them

We rented a car for 12 days during our stay in Naxos, and the experience was perfect from start to finish! When we arrived with the ferry, Sakis was already waiting for us with the car, making the pickup process smooth. Communication was excellent and he was very attentive and friendly, offering great recommendations on what to see and do on the island. The car was clean and in great condition. At the end of our trip, Sakis even offered to store our luggage until our ferry departed, allowing us to enjoy our final day without the hassle of carrying bags. We can only recommend his car rental company if you're visiting Naxos!

Very good communicating before arrival on WhatsApp. On time when we arrived at the port. Took plenty of pictures of the car and then delivered to me on WhatsApp, which I appreciate. Also had terrific suggestions on where to park and what to do for our stay on the island. Highly recommend!!!

Naxos auto rent is the best!! We were coming from Santorini to Naxos for 5 days, and when the ferry arrived at the dock at 6pm Sakis was standing first at the corner holding the sign waiting for us already. The fiat 500L was in great condition, 1/4 tank filled and we were ready to go. They even sent us list of parking spots, attractions, restaurants and photos on WhatsApp. When we were done, they were already waiting for us at the airport parking lot before we flew out to Athens at the end. Very smooth and effortless experience start to finish. 100% recommended!!! Thanks Sakis and the team.

We booked very last minute (the day before) and Sakis was more than helpful and flexible to rent a car to us. He waited for us at the port and everything was sorted very quickly. Later that day he texted us many recommendations for places to visit around the island. Correct, friendly and communicative. We definitely recommend!

Friendly, efficient, reliable, car running well. Check-in and check-out are fast and well made. You even get recommandations on where to park around Chora and activities/restaurants recommendations. I can totally relate to previous reviews.

Expérience parfaite, communication fluide. Location d'un véhicule 7p, livré "à domicile", un must... Très bel échange avec le propriétaire, qui nous a communiqué une mine d'informations via WhatsApp pour évoluer sereinement sur l'île (parking, villages et plages, resto....). Je recommande.

Servizio e disponibilità eccezionali! Il signor Sakis è una persona precisa e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto ritirare l’auto direttamente in porto al nostro arrivo e riconsegnarla poco prima di ripartire. Abbiamo noleggiato una Fiat Panda in ottimo stato ad un ottimo prezzo, comprensivo anche di garanzia collisione (CDW Insurance) con franchigia di € 500. Il signor Sakis ci ha dato tante informazione riguardo ai parcheggi ed ai luoghi da visitare. Tutto perfetto!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT NAXOS AUTO RENT! Wow. I was looking for a last second car rental during peak season and sent a WhatsApp message asking about availability. From the moment I reached out, communication was seamless, friendly and helpful. I got a few quotes and not only was Naxos Auto Rent the most competitive, but I could pick up and drop off at the port and they worked around my ferry schedule. The car was in excellent condition and easy to drive (important on these crazy Naxos roads!). Sakis works incredibly hard to be the best, and it shows. Thank you so much!! Will definitely rent with you when I return to Naxos.

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρετηση και καθαρό αυτοκίνητο. Πολυ μεγάλη βοήθεια σχετικά με το νησί είτε για φαγητό είτε για μέρη να επισκεφτούμε, ακόμα και μέρη με το που να παρκάρουμε στο νησί. Το αυτοκίνητο μας περίμενε ήδη στο λιμάνι χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση. Πολύ σωστοί επαγγελματίες και άνθρωποι!!!

We visited Naxos and we decided to rent from Sakis based on the reviews we saw online. Best decision we made for our transportation within the island. Sakis greeted us at the port and spent time to explain details and watch outs concerning driving on the island. He took a very good video and photos of the car while we were present, ensuring a high quality of proof of the car's condition, which later shared with us. The car was flawless, super comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was working perfectly in just a minute after turning the engine on. Returning the car was also a super smooth process with no troubles. No hidden charges and super honest! 1000% recommended for your trips in Naxos, in case you are looking for someone who really takes care of his customers and their experience! Don't forget to ask Sakis for his local suggestions on where to go! Really worth it!! Thanks Sakis!

Totalmente recomendado. A diferencia de otras compañías, el trato de Sakis es profesional y cercano. La comunicación fue fluida desde el primer momento e hicimos nuestra reserva fácilmente por correo. Para el pick up y el drop off de nuestro coche vino personalmente hasta nuestro alojamiento, y en la entrega de llaves fue siempre honesto y transparente, algo que en ocasiones no es frecuente en este tipo de negocios. Por último, nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones para ver lugares de la isla sin tener ninguna necesidad de hacerlo. Si volvemos a Naxos, sin duda, esta será nuestra empresa de confianza, ¡100% recomendado!

A fuir. Nous avons loué l’année dernière avec ce loueur. Nous avons retrouvé notre voiture abîmé en revenant de plage. L’agence nous a prélevé un montant supérieur à la franchise et nous a toujours pas transmis les documents demandés par notre assurance ( la carte gold nous rembourse les frais à condition qu’on transmette un devis ou une facture des travaux). Malgré plusieurs mails, plusieurs sms et plusieurs messages whatsapp, le loueur n’a pas répondu à un seul message.

Sakis and the team at Naxos Auto Rent got us a good car for our few days of exploring Naxos. A small car is a good call due to the occasional narrow roads - ours was a Twingo. We were recommended to them by Helen, the owner of El aiolithos resort. We recommend both for a visit to Naxos!

Afspraak is afspraak. Wat een nette ontvangst. Ophalen en inleveren bij de haven Naxos geen probleem. Per WhatsApp informatie ontvangen over leuke locale restaurantjes en direct met googlemaps lokatie voor parkeren. Echt een aanrader om hier te huren. Van online reserveren tot en met ontvangst nemen auto nog nooit zo goed verlopen. Dank Naxos auto rent!

Naxos Auto Rent Is perfect. A new car Hiunday i20 in perfect conditions, with a/c, completly clean and with all the necessary tò drive safely. The owner Is very gentle, Is was to waiting for us to Naxos Port with a badge and the car was ready to keep up immediatly. He has sent tò us also a lot of addresses tò visit Naxos and some tipycall towns and a lot of free car parking close tò the Chora. We have changed some contract conditions at the Moment and we have not had any problems. We have payed when he has gave us the Key. NAXOS AUTO RENT 4EVER!!!!
